NAIOP Awards of Excellence
Participate in the Annual Awards of Excellence by honoring the 2025 “Best of the Best” in Northeast Florida’s Real Estate Industry.
Submit an application for the following award categories:
- Land Deal of the Year (lease or sale)
- Office Deal of the Year (lease or sale)
- Industrial Deal of the Year (lease or sale)
- Retail / Mixed Use / Multifamily Deal of the Year (lease or sale)*
- New Construction Project of the Year (greater than $15MM)*
- New Construction Project of the Year (less than $15MM)*
- Renovation / Build Out Project of the Year (greater than $3MM)*
- Renovation / Build Out Project of the Year (less than $3MM)*
- Broker of the Year
- Rising Broker of the Year
- Developer / Owner of the Year
- Associate Member of the Year
- Developing Leader of the Year
*Non-member nominations accepted
Application Deadlines

Applications are due by Friday, February 6th, 2026.

Finalists will be contacted by the judging committee and will be asked to complete a brief phone interview to discuss the submission. Finalists will also be asked to submit photos or videos of the project and a list of all members and non-members deserving of recognition for the given award.
Recognition
- Finalists and all key contributors for each award will be recognized at the NAIOP Awards Gala on Thursday, April 16th at the Jacksonville Zoo and in the Jacksonville Daily Record.
