NAIOP Does Dinner at Gabriel House

On Thursday, October 2nd NAIOP provided dinner for Gabriel House of Care as a way to give back to our community.  Gabriel’s House Volunteer Coordinator, Drew Khadivi had these nice words to say to us: “Thank you so much to you and your wonderful group for hosting dinner last Thursday! A night off of cooking following a long day of tests and medical visits is a very generous gift to give our guests. I hope that your group enjoyed the night as much as we did. I hope to see you all again very soon!” This was a very special event for one of our members as well, who had a personal interest in helping out.  Luke Davis said “I’m not sure if y’all know about this facility, but it provides a comforting long-term accommodations for cancer and transplant patients to recover from their treatments/surgeries. My father stayed here throughout this summer as he was receiving treatment at mayo clinic for throat cancer. I cannot express to y’all how much this event personally means to me and my family. This is a great use of our time and resources.”
