Please join NAIOP NEFL and members of the City of Jacksonville on Tuesday, February 23rd from 10:00 to 11:00 for a discussion on Construction and Development activites associated with Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board (JEPB).  Over the past several months, the JEPB has considered multiple enforement actions associated with ongoing construction activities, including consideration of noise variance applications for major construction projects after they had commenced. Staff with the City’s Environmental Quality Divison are trying to increase awareness of the JEPB rules which impact construction activities to reduce enforcement and avoid after the fact applications. We will  have a panel of city employees from the Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board, Environmental Qualty Division, EQD Water Branch and EQD Air Branch, joining us to provide some insight for this discussion.
