The Budgeting Conundrum – How the General Contractor is Operating in Today’s Construction Environment
Please join us on Thursday, August 19th at San Jose Country Club for a luncheon featuring an expert panel of General Contractors who will examine the impact that scarcity and high prices of materials as well as labor shortages are having on current and future projects in Northeast Florida and beyond. The GCs will provide insight into the effect on their margins and how they plan for this volatility when bidding for jobs. We will learn how they are setting expectations with clients and if they believe the adaptive trends will become common practice for the long term. We have a great panelist lined up for you, please find their bio’s attached here: Speaker Bio’s 8-19 Luncheon
