Building a Better Jax PAC works in conjunction with the NAIOP of Northeast Florida Board and the NAIOP of Florida Board to protect our industry from potentially harmful legislation. We work with a lobbyist to ensure that those issues important to our members and our industry are at the forefront and top of mind to both State and Local Legislators that we consider champions of our industry. There have been several “wins” over the past few years including work on business rent tax, fire prevention code & witness lease requirements. With your support, we continue to push for more.
COVID-19 Notice: Social distancing and other protective measures will be in place to maintain a safe environment at this event. We ask that you do not attend if you are not feeling well, have a temperature over 99° or have been exposed to the virus within the last 14 days. Our board & event committee will closely monitor all local government and CDC updates as the event approaches. In the case of any changes we will update event registrants asap.
