The Developing Leaders and Duckworth Construction are working with HabiJax to give back to the community. We have selected Friday, March 27th to spend the day working in the Urban Core, you’ll volunteer alongside HabiJax homebuyers and staff. Groups of volunteers are led by an experienced Team Leader. Volunteers work on projects such as painting, landscaping, house wrap, vinyl siding, window install, caulking, laying sod, and cleaning for pre-carpet and final punch. What To Wear: Closed-toe tennis shoes or boots are required. Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty or paint on are strongly encouraged. Light colored, cotton clothing and a hat are recommended for the summer. Jewelry is not allowed, because it can get damaged or lost very easily.
