Bridge Lunch – Improving Occupancy with Fiber Optics
The Bridge Lunch program is easy and a great way to get to know other fellow NAIOP members. The Bridge Lunch program promotes effective networking within the association. A NAIOP member volunteers to be the lunch captain and will coordinate introductions and get the conversation going. You get to meet with seven to nine (we now have increased attendance to 25) NAIOP members of different professions over lunch, with enough time to get to know other members and their businesses. For this video conference event we will be using the ZOOM platform. Everyone needs to use their webcam in order to participate so that we can see each other. Feel free to enjoy your lunch while we have our discussion. Once the Bridge Lunch attendance reaches capacity of 25, a ZOOM link will be sent to all participants.
On Tuesday, June 16th the Bridge Lunch will be Captained by Frank Wood, Strategic Account Executive, Hargray Fiber. We will be discussing – 100% occupancy is the objective for every Property Manager and Building Owner, but it takes more than location & amenities to attract new & emerging companies. At the top of their wish list is the availability of fiber-optics from multiple providers. In this program presented by Hargray Fiber, Frank Wood will review what is driving the need for bandwidth and how you can be prepared to meet those needs.
