City Owned Real Property Parcels

Dear Colleagues:

Please CLICK HERE for a list of real property parcels currently owned by the City which will be sold at auction next month. The auction will be held between October 10 and October 21 online at www.govdeals.com. All of the properties listed are tax reverted, and half of them are Ash properties which have been remediated by the City. The City does not warrant title for any of the properties sold at auction, and all properties are sold in AS-IS condition. If you click on the blue link for each parcel in the spreadsheet it will take you to the City’s GIS website. Please pass this along to any of your colleagues or clients, and please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
