NAIOP Northeast Florida provides the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices among like-minded business leaders from every facet of the commercial real estate industry. Members learn from established professionals, meet people outside their specialized field, and expand their circle of influence. Participation in events, programs, and advocacy provide continued business development opportunities.
Legislative Voice
Planning for the future of our region’s real estate and economic landscape requires expert guidance and industry knowledge. NAIOP Northeast Florida is available to help advise and support public officials at the city, local, and statewide level as they plan, legislate, and shape the future of the First Coast. Industry leaders are available from all parts of the commercial real estate industry to contribute their expertise, opinions, and in-depth knowledge toward policies that will positively impact the Greater Jacksonville MSA.
The individual state chapters, NAIOP of Florida, and NAIOP Corporate pool their resources to effect change and protect the integrity of the industry on issues such as:
